HI Hassan,
Oracle 7 is NOT supported on AIX6.1 it will probably not work. Oracle uses a 32-Bit Kernel Extension - AIX 6.1 does not support any 32-bit Kernel Extensions, so you have to upgrade or stick with AIX 5.3 (which is by the way also officially not supported but will work).
